What This Programme Delivers

Murang'a County Government under H.E Governor Irungu Kang'ata has launched the Community Projects Programme, focusing on renovating and building modern ECDE Centres across the County.
The new centres feature terrazzo floors, modern ceilings and learning illustrations for children. Out of 700 ECDE Centres, 126 were rehabilitated and 13 newly built in the 2022/2023 financial year. In the 2023/2024, the County built 220 more. In the 2024/2025 financial year, 200 ECDE Centres were built and renovated.
